Michael started his career with Corporate Facilities Group in 1997 as the Chief Engineer for The Home Depot Store Support Center, Corporate Campus located in Atlanta, Georgia. He was later promoted to Director of Operations and now manages over 2 million square feet of property for Corporate Facilities Group, including Georgia Lung Medical Facility, Home Depot, At Home Services, Technology Deployment Center, Home Depot Regional Office in Delray Beach, Florida and the Innovation Warehouse Center. Michael strives to provide clients with the highest quality of service which has made him an asset to the Corporate Facilities Group team.
Michael moved to Atlanta in 1984. He began his career in facility management as an apartment manager for Krupp Realty Company. Further education and training provided him with many more opportunities in the Atlanta area. Michael has worked for such companies as Trammel Crowe and LaSalle Partners. His knowledge and experience has proven him to be one of the top operation managers in the Atlanta area. He continues to further his education by participating in seminars and classes such as Square D Smart Technology, Johnson Control Metasys, Georgia Power RTP, Six Sigma, and ALC Controls.
Michael joined the CFG team in 1997 on the Home Depot account as the Chief engineer. His expertise in facility management has led him to the position he holds today. The responsibilities of Operations Manager include operations budgets, capital expenses, managing contractors/vendors, inventory control, payroll, scheduling, providing metric analysis, projection cost, energy management and overseeing all special projects. Michael takes great pride in his work which is reflected in his job performance. He has been instrumental in acquiring several new accounts in the Southeastern region for Corporate Facilities Group.
