Paul J. Hausleben

Operations Director

Paul has been with Corporate Facilities Group since 2005 and is currently assigned to manage Corporate Facilities Group properties in Richmond, Virginia. He is a thirty year veteran of the trades and facility management business, who is known for his outstanding dedication to customer service, and technical expertise.

He is a graduate of the University of Guelph OAC Horticultural program, Passaic County Technical Institute and Marine Corps Institute. Paul has reached the master level in the skilled trades of HVAC, boiler operations and electric and was awarded the prestigious master horticulturist title from Guelph for his studies and work on plants, landscape management and horticulture. He has many years of hands on experience in mission critical healthcare settings and business critical data centers as well as new construction management. Paul spent 16 years with Minolta Corporation as a regional Facility Manager, managed Cigna Heath care properties in New England and was the Director of Facilities for The Center for the Disabled in Upstate New York and Vermont.

Paul has managed facilities of over 5 million square foot in size, and portfolios of up to 100 different properties during his career and he specializes in the turn around of deferred maintenance facilities, preventative maintenance programs and accurate, detailed facility assessments and reporting.

During Paul’s career he has served an instrumental role as the owner’s representative for new construction projects. He has been responsible for building and commissioning a number of health care facilities, a 270,000 sq ft office complex, warehouses, a retail call center and a number of apartment buildings for disabled persons. He has earned a reputation up and down the east coast for an eye to detail during these projects and his skills and experience work together to achieve optimum results with engineers, architects, builders and contractors. Paul’s military training as a radioman also provides him with an expert background in security, emergency response, emergency planning and reporting, disaster recovery and facility continuity.
